Refund policy

RETURN INFORMATION
  • Returns will only be accepted 7 days after receiving item
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Any product with marks, stains or blemishes will not be accepted.
  • Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non refundable.
  • Please email admin@alirathelabel.com.au if you would like to process a return & we will be in contact to facilitate this for you. We aim to process all returns within 3-5 business days
